As I walked into Wendy Paul’s kitchen in Utah last week, I was pretty darn sure I had DIED & gone to heaven. Lying on her counter were literally plates & plates of delicious cookies, brownies & other goodies. Being the seriously addicted sweet tooth that I am, I have no idea how I was able to compose myself enough to take these photographs because my mouth was watering the entire time. Luckily, Wendy let me snack on any of the cookies I wanted to taste so I ended up with my camera in one hand & a cookie in the other.
Wendy is so incredibly talented in the kitchen & she just knows what she is doing. She had spent the days before my trip literally baking up a storm-I am so impressed with all her hard work! Her upcoming book, “101 Gourmet Cookies for Everyone” will be coming out this year & I am so grateful for the opportunity I had to photograph the deliciousness. Wendy-I am grateful to know you-you are a person who is seriously as amazing & sweet as your cookies are. Thanks again for this fun opportunity! I’m holding out the hope that heaven is just a bigger version of your kitchen, filled with tons & tons of your heavenly cookies. xoxo, marielle.

Maybe it is because I am hungry right now but but the photo makes me want, no NEED the first cookie pronto. Your photos are perfection and they will “sell” these cookies to any potential baker.
Fab job once again and I am sure you enjoyed the benifit of chowing down on pure yumminess while doint it.
