Anna’s senior session was a TON of fun-what a beautiful, classy & down to earth girl! She graduates in just a couple of weeks (hooray!) and I was lucky to meet up with her for a fun Senior Session. I loved how easy she was to talk to, how she is so genuine & the fact that she did a Bollywood dance at a school assembly. Cool girl award? I think so. Here are my favorites from her session…

Katharine & Brian are a beautiful, fun couple who are getting married in just one month! I was lucky enough to meet up with them in San Francisco on a beautiful day for their engagement session. Apparently Brian thought he wasn’t going to have fun having his photos taken, but after their engagement session, he told Katharine, “I think we should get our pictures taken every year we are married.” “That was fun.” “I like Marielle.” That made me so happy to hear that he had a great time (because I had a great time, too!)

I can’t wait for their wedding next month in the Oakland Temple-not only did I love working with Katharine & Brian for their engagements, but I have a feeling that their wedding will be insanely stylish & classy! Here are my favorites from their session in the city!

Meet Angelina & Ryan. A lovely, fun couple who has traveled the world together, laughed with each other until they felt their sides would split & who have decided that there is no one else that completes them like the other does. I can’t wait to photograph their wedding this summer-I know it will be a ton of fun!

Angelina LOVES Olive trees so we headed to one of her family member’s homes in Half Moon Bay where there were beautiful Olive & Eucalyptus trees. It provided an INCREDIBLE backdrop for their engagement photos. Afterwards, we headed over to the Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay for some sunset photos by the beach. It was a beautiful day & I’m so excited about the images we were able to capture! Check out my favorites. And be forewarned: Angelina has the cutest clothes in history. So I might raid her closet one of these days.

I was so lucky to be able to photograph beautiful Taylor for her Senior Session! She is vivacious, fun & a talented dancer. I knew from the moment I met her that I was going to have a wonderful, fun time taking her photographs! We had a great time & I was so happy to have such a gorgeous gal to photograph-it certainly makes my job easier! And can we just say how adorable Taylor’s wardrobe is? I wanted everything she brought!

Here are my favorites from beautiful Taylor’s session…

Candace contacted me last year about shooting her wedding celebration (can you tell I’m super behind in blogging?!)  In fact, it was Candace & Eithan’s third wedding celebration-they had been married in Israel earlier that year, followed up with a civil ceremony in the states. This wedding celebration that I photographed was when all of Candace & Eithan’s families came together & had a wonderful party to celebrate the love & joy that Candace & Eithan had found in each other. The day was spent playing traditional games, eating amazing food, dancing, laughing & celebrating in a big way.

They were married at the end of September & it was the most beautiful, warm day! Their celebration was held right on the water in Emeryville & the weather was AMAZING. The golden sun set over the beautiful San Francisco Bay & the party continued on! It was fun to see how both their families came together & had the BEST time as they celebrated together. The highlights of the evening were the funny games they played & my personal favorite part of the evening was when Candace surprised Eithan and rapped “What a Man” by Salt-n-Pepa-it was hilarious! Honestly every wedding celebration should be filled with as much fun & joy as Candace & Eithan’s day had.

Oh my goodness. You know when you meet a couple & you cannot believe how amazing their relationship is & how they just make each other ooze with joy? Jess & Jesse are that couple-two amazing individuals who make up a perfect, beautiful couple who are crazy in love. How lucky am I that I was able to photograph them together? They met while vacationing to Europe with a group & they’ve been inseparable ever since. They are getting married in August in Berkeley & I literally cannot wait to shoot their wedding because I know it will be filled with so much love & joy! I was so, SO excited when Jess booked me for her wedding-she is a professional wedding photographer who moved to the Bay Area recently & she has become a good friend & has also been shooting weddings with me! She & Jesse are literally a perfect match for each other-is so obvious how they make each other blissfully happy!

We headed out to the Legion of Honor in San Francisco for their engagement session…the light was beautiful & the day was a TON of fun! Here are my very favorites…

A favorite from a recent session…I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter weekend!

I met Sara at a wedding I shot a wedding all the way back in 2009-she was a bridesmaid & I remember how sweet & helpful she was to the bride & those all around her. I was thrilled when she emailed me a few months back to let me know that she was engaged and that she wanted to hire me. I was SO happy that she remembered me from her friend’s wedding! Sara & Greg are a darling, sweet couple who make each other over-the-moon happy. We spent the morning at beautiful Tilden Park in Berkeley & soaked up the beautiful sun as I shot their photos. We had a fabulous time together & I can’t wait for their wedding in just a few months!

I LOVE my clients who trust me to take them to where the light is great…this place for the below photos may have smelled a “little” like a horse stable…okay, actually a lot like a horse stable. BUT LOOK AT THE LIGHT!

I was lucky enough to photograph sweet Steph & Cliff’s engagements at the end of year on the GORGEOUS Stanford campus. Seriously-how do people even end up in class there when the campus is so beautiful? I feel like if I went there that I would just wander around the campus & explore the beautiful architecture. Steph & Clif were married last month in Utah but I was lucky enough to snag them for their engagement session! Aren’t they SO DARLING TOGETHER? I completely agree with you. They were as sweet as pie & just delightful to take photos of! We shot these in December-can you believe the lighting-it was a beautiful day for their photographs. Here are my favorites…
