She convinced him that she was simply too busy to go out. But with Matt’s amazing persuasive skills, he was able to convince Rebecca to ditch what she was doing and go on a date with him. She agreed & they’ve never looked back. And in late May of this year, Matt didn’t have to do any convincing for Rebecca to say “I do.” They were married at the beautiful Palmdale Estates on a lovely, warm day. And on their wedding day, Rebecca & Matt simply could not stop grinning. They are so in love and so happy together & seeing them marry each other was wonderful.
The reason why I love Rebecca & Matt is because they are not only fun, but easy going. When the limo didn’t arrive on time to take them away from their reception, they hopped in a friend’s car and drove to Applebee’s-and invited their friends to join in for a last minute after party. Those are the kind of people who I love to be around…people who are easy to get along with and who are simply wonderful people to be around. Needless to say, their entire wedding was one big party and everyone had a fabulous time. Their reception was held under the shade of the giant palm trees. Guests used the photo booth & danced the night away. I loved the beautiful pink decor, their incredibly beautiful cake & the palpable feeling of joy that was in the air. I am so blessed to be able to capture the happiness and joy from such great people!
Rebecca & Matt-thank you for having me be a part of your special day. Your wedding marks the beginning of many adventures, lots of love & hopefully lots of Macarena dancing! Shooting weddings like yours makes me feel so lucky to be able to document each special piece of your first day as husband and wife. Wishing you all the love & happiness that life has to offer-you most certainly deserve all of it and much, much more! XOXO, marielle.
