Last year I received an email from Mariah, who was wondering if I could photograph just a couple of hours for her on her wedding day. We met for the first time outside the Oakland Temple, where they excitedly laughed and cried tears of joy with their families and friends. I could immediately sense that Mariah & Ross are sweet, kind and super easy going. After an hour of photographs at the temple, we headed down to Pacifica where Mariah had grown up. Across the street from her house are the most incredible cliffs and beaches, and I was thrilled, THRILLED! when she said she’d love some photos there. I love how they turned out and I love a bride who isn’t afraid to walk through the sand all in the name of a good photograph. Thank you, Mariah & Ross for the fun day & for being adventurous!
Here are my favorites from their special day!
The Oakland Temple had some major construction right smack dab in the front of the building over the summer. It was quite an eyesore but with a little creative posing, I’m happy to say you can’t even tell there was construction!
