Stephanie & Michael are meant to be. Simple as that. It is obvious through the way they talk to each other, the way they lock their fingers together as they walk, the way their soul seems to light up just knowing that the other is around. They are meant to be and there is nothing sweeter and more beautiful than that.
I was so lucky to be able to photograph their beautiful autumn wedding last October. Stephanie & Michael had put so much work into making their wedding special. Together they brewed the beer that they gave their guests as favors. Stephanie made her veil (!!!) and so many more of the decorations. It was so special to see their vision come to life because of their hard work and creativity. They were married at the Mountain Terrace in Woodside and it was a gorgeous day. Under the sky-high redwood trees, they promised to love and cherish each other. It was a gorgeous and perfect day for two wonderful and kind people.

They didn’t want to see each other before the ceremony so they stood on either side of a door and talked…and cried. It was a sweet moment to witness.
