Katharine & Brian are a beautiful, fun couple who are getting married in just one month! I was lucky enough to meet up with them in San Francisco on a beautiful day for their engagement session. Apparently Brian thought he wasn’t going to have fun having his photos taken, but after their engagement session, he told Katharine, “I think we should get our pictures taken every year we are married.” “That was fun.” “I like Marielle.” That made me so happy to hear that he had a great time (because I had a great time, too!)
I can’t wait for their wedding next month in the Oakland Temple-not only did I love working with Katharine & Brian for their engagements, but I have a feeling that their wedding will be insanely stylish & classy! Here are my favorites from their session in the city!

Meet Angelina & Ryan. A lovely, fun couple who has traveled the world together, laughed with each other until they felt their sides would split & who have decided that there is no one else that completes them like the other does. I can’t wait to photograph their wedding this summer-I know it will be a ton of fun!
Angelina LOVES Olive trees so we headed to one of her family member’s homes in Half Moon Bay where there were beautiful Olive & Eucalyptus trees. It provided an INCREDIBLE backdrop for their engagement photos. Afterwards, we headed over to the Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay for some sunset photos by the beach. It was a beautiful day & I’m so excited about the images we were able to capture! Check out my favorites. And be forewarned: Angelina has the cutest clothes in history. So I might raid her closet one of these days.

Oh my goodness. You know when you meet a couple & you cannot believe how amazing their relationship is & how they just make each other ooze with joy? Jess & Jesse are that couple-two amazing individuals who make up a perfect, beautiful couple who are crazy in love. How lucky am I that I was able to photograph them together? They met while vacationing to Europe with a group & they’ve been inseparable ever since. They are getting married in August in Berkeley & I literally cannot wait to shoot their wedding because I know it will be filled with so much love & joy! I was so, SO excited when Jess booked me for her wedding-she is a professional wedding photographer who moved to the Bay Area recently & she has become a good friend & has also been shooting weddings with me! She & Jesse are literally a perfect match for each other-is so obvious how they make each other blissfully happy!

I met Sara at a wedding I shot a wedding all the way back in 2009-she was a bridesmaid & I remember how sweet & helpful she was to the bride & those all around her. I was thrilled when she emailed me a few months back to let me know that she was engaged and that she wanted to hire me. I was SO happy that she remembered me from her friend’s wedding! Sara & Greg are a darling, sweet couple who make each other over-the-moon happy. We spent the morning at beautiful Tilden Park in Berkeley & soaked up the beautiful sun as I shot their photos. We had a fabulous time together & I can’t wait for their wedding in just a few months!
